5-4-3-2-1 Sensory Grounding

If you feel sudden panic on a bus or train: Acknowledge 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel (e.g. seat handle), 3 sounds you hear, 2 scents, and 1 slow breath.

Box Breathing (4x4)

Inhale slowly for 4 seconds, hold gently for 4 seconds, exhale steadily for 4 seconds, hold empty for 4 seconds. Repeat 3 times to lower heart rate.
